Set up by a group of Reformed pastors. They have a journal, CRN Journal.
Mars Hill Review
Their mission is to reveal Christ in the various texts of our contemporary culture. They are like a New York Review of Books or Times Literary Supplement but from a Christian perspective.

Philosophia Christi
Excellent journal that is published bi-annually. Many of the debates are foreign in Europe but one will get a good sense of the apologetic debates in the States. This should be one of the first few journals to subscribe to.
Faith and Philosophy
This is the journal of the society of Christian Philosophers. Not all are evangelical christians nor do they necessarily subscribe to the evangelical beliefs but there are good articles in there. Read the article on "Advice to Christian Philosophers by Alvin Plantinga.

Westminster Theological Seminary
When Princeton Seminary ended its adherence to Scriptural theology, a group of professors left Princeton and started Westminster Theological Seminary. They also have an excellent bookstore with regular discounts. (US)
